Last week was one of those rare, intense weeks that truly move a startup forward.
RouteMix had the chance to be part of three major events in a row, and each one brought us a step closer to shaping the future of smart mobility.
We started with the Demo Day at the EIT Urban Mobility inVest Accelerator, where we pitched our vision of a smart urban mobility app that learns from your habits, optimizes your journey and brings everything taxis, buses, scooters and intercity travel together in one simple app. It was our first time presenting in front of a larger audience of investors, mentors, and innovators, and the feedback was both humbling and energizing.
The next day, we joined Cities of Tomorrow organized by AHK Romania one of Romania’s most important business and urban innovation events. Competing among so many inspiring companies, we were honored to win the Business Sector category, a recognition that confirms our belief that smarter mobility can be built locally and scaled across Europe. It was a real pleasure meeting Mr. Lazăr Emanuel-Constantin, General Director of the Sibiu Municipality, and discussing the opportunity to implement RouteMix as an integrated smart mobility solution in Sibiu!
We closed the week at Prow Conference Timișoara 2025, surrounded by forward-thinking founders, local authorities, and tech experts. It was more than just another pitch it turned into real conversations with municipalities and mobility partners genuinely interested in implementing RouteMix in their cities.
After these three events, we’re coming back home with something more valuable than awards or applause a network of people and partners who share the same vision: cities where moving around is easier, greener, and more connected.
For us, this is just the beginning.
Timișoara will be the first city where RouteMix goes live and after a week like this, we’re more confident than ever that it’s the right place to start, followed by more cities waiting to be covered!
